The paperback's finally out and it sure looks good. Here are some shots about the proof copy. I had two, matte and glossy (this is matte.) When ordered the cover will be glossy, though; the colors looked way better that way.

Cover improvement

I was flipping through my photo gallery and noticed this, the very first version of the cover of The Defiers. I must admit the difference is pretty big. . . 😏

 

And there were other designs with (and without) the star of five that represents the five elements the mages are shaping.

 

In the end, I'm quite happy about how the final cover turned out to be. What do you think?
